About Me
I am a person-centred counsellor based in Sandbach, Cheshire with experience working with adults and young people aged 11-18.
What people think that Counselling or Therapy involves varies massively, but essentially it is a safe space where you can explore any issues, events, traumas or life cirumstances which are causing you distress.
I offer a compassionate, non-judgemental space where you can feel heard and understood. I will meet you empathically where you are, with no expectations or preconceptions about who you might be or what you might be thinking, or what your experience of life has been.

I provide counselling and psychotherapy for adults, children and young people across Staffordshire and Cheshire.
I currently work at Sandbach High School as a school counsellor. I also offer group work with teenagers in a number of high schools in Cheshire East. As part of group work we are trained to deliver CWA’s RESET course which is all about empowering children to create and participate in healthy relationships.
